A Reason for elation

Yes, Yes ! its been a long time since I blogged and I am happy it has begun again .But its not the exact reason for my “feel good factor “ .I am elated as I have secured Admission into prestigious graduate school IIIT-Bangalore www.iiitb.ac.in

I had aimed to pursue my masters in technology at IIIT-B and the dream has come true, and now what lies ahead is a great lot to execute and achieve.

So, it would be a welcome break for me from my corporate career at TCS to the field of academics.

I will call it off a day on 23rd July and officially its my last day @ TCS .

The near 2 year stint at TCS has given me lots of confidence , exposure to the IT world and knowledge .Transition back to academics would be bit difficult , nevertheless I look forward to the wonderful opportunity.

Its quite sad for me to leave my work , friends and colleagues behind , all that I will be carrying forward is just memories .It feels like one big epic has almost come to an end. I can still remember the first day @TCS , full of enthusiasm and high .

It’s a very nostalgic moment for me , when I look back through all those days till now. I ‘ve been through the struggle, happiness, frustration, excitement, hard work ,all of them .

But, things should go on and so am just waiting for the D Day @ IIIT-B.
